I am a registered naturopathic doctor and I opened a fully virtual medical practice in November of 2022, where I provide naturopathic medical care and holistic nutrition to women in Minnesota. Using a natural approach, I work with women who are looking to optimize their overall health, improve hormone health, gut health, and mood. I am also a Minnesota native and grew up in East St. Paul. My husband and I returned to Minnesota last fall to be closer to our families and we are so happy to be back!

Q: What inspired you, or led you to your current career/endeavor? What do you love the most about what you do?
Naturopathic medicine blends my passions of holistic health and science, so it was the ideal career path for me. What I love most about being a naturopathic doctor is helping people improve their health. It is so rewarding to see people start to feel better after beginning their health journey.
